Kracked is an independent guide to web hosting, written for people who want a straight answer rather than a sales pitch. We explain what the different kinds of hosting do, how to compare providers honestly, and which option actually fits the site you are building.
What we do
The hosting market runs on jargon, unlimited promises and prices that jump at renewal. Our job is to cut through that. Every guide is written in plain language, kept free of hype, and focused on the questions a real buyer asks: is it reliable, is it fast, is it well supported, and what will it cost me a year from now. We favour the smallest plan that comfortably fits a project, because overbuying wastes money and upgrading later is easy.
How we stay honest
Kracked earns money through affiliate partnerships. When we link to a hosting provider, we may receive a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we recommend. We mention providers as examples of a category, not because anyone paid for placement, and we are happy to point out the trade-offs of every option, including the ones we link to.
